Design Philosophy

At Rungg, our shoes are Timeless, un-bound by the norms of the season and are based on wearability. Our designs are Nature inspired, be it color, form or pattern. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we find inspiration all around. Our art, color palette and even the names of our shoes are often based on nature.

Designer Ekta Sethi’s signature style is deeply rooted in embroidered art, heritage and the joy of color. She uses traditional art with a flare of the modern present to create timeless designs which have life far past the current trend.

We take great pride in our attention to detail and quality – all things visible and invisible. We handcraft all our shoes in a small batch production and never mass produce. Rungg shoes are made with high quality Vegan materials, without the use of any animal products. We do not use leather in any parts of our shoe construction.

Our design are exclusive, unique and made in limited numbers. A marvel of Artisan love - our limited editions can take an Artisan up-to 12 hours to Hand Embroider a Pair. So when you buy a Rungg shoe you are also carrying away their art, labor of love and unique talents with you.
