EXCHANGE 

Size Don’t fit?  No Worries.  

We want our customers to be happy with their Rungg purchase and will certainly do a size exchange. 

Our Artisans take absolute care in handcrafting each pair of Rungg shoes. And we take pride in bringing you a one-of-a-kind experience in our designer packaging, so we ask you to respect our policy.

• Shoes can be exchanged within a 14 day period
• They must be unworn, and exchanged in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging.
• Shoes that are worn or have been damaged will NOT be exchanged.
• To exchange your pair email us and a Rungg Team member will help you through our exchange process.
